Server Inventory and Availability

Ecompro™ makes every effort to maintain adequate stock of servers to fill new build orders. Unusual spikes in demand, or backorders at our hardware sourcing partners, may cause inventory shortages which delay the deployment of new servers.

For standard orders, we will not charge your credit card if we cannot guarantee deployment within 48 hours.

For orders which require the special purchase of components, such as systems with hardware-based RAID disk arrays, we reserve the right to collect an amount equal to the initial setup fee at the time the order is placed, with the balance collected when the server is deployed on the network. While the exact timeframe varies, systems with special order components are normally online within 2-5 business days.
